My wife and I are pushing 80 and health issues have finally convinced us it's time to let it go. And, frankley, after you read our ad you'll understand why we can say whoever buys our RV trailer will have themselves one very remarkable unit. Why remarkable?

1. Soon after we bought it we decided to invest in making the storage space easier to access and more efficient. If you have experience with RVs then you know how difficult it is to get to the large storage areas beneath the bed and beneath the dining-table-seating. We greatly improved those areas by installing custom built, all-plywood drawers with full-extension slides. Those same areas are now very simple to reach and use. Additionally, the two drawers beneath the bed are each piggy-backed with an additional drawer. You can see it in the photos. At the same time two drawers were added beneath the stove top. Previously that area was just one cabinet in which you had to get down and dig through to reach things. That makes a total of 8 custom built drawers that make storage and access easy and efficient.
2. The 2012 Crossover R-Vision was manufactured with a 3-burner, propane stove-top but without an oven so we added a large, built-in toaster oven inside a cabinet next to the stove top. You open the cabinet door and pull the toaster-oven out on fully-extendable drawer slides. It is wired into an electrical outlet inside the cabinet so that it can be unplugged and moved elsewhere for cleaning or to be plugged into the outside receptacle for outdoor use.
3. A few years back someone decided they needed our RV batteries more than we did so they took them in the middle of the night. That won't happen again. Our unit now has a custom-built battery-box secured by a hinged, angle iron latch and heavy-duty lock.
4. Additional after-market improvements include an electric tongue-lift that makes raising or lowering the front end as easy as flipping a toggle switch. It works either off the batteries or by hand cranking.
5. We also purchased two stabilizing jacks for additional support beneath the outside corners of the slideout. They reduce stress on the slides and give the slide-out an additional feeling of stability.
6. We replaced all the electrical lights with brighter LED lights which make it brighter inside and extends the time between battery charges.
7. We purchased a premium RV cover that fits the trailer perfectly for storage.
8. We replaced the plastic kitchen sink with a stainless-steel, two-compartment sink.
9. We are including in the sale our heavy-duty RV Weight-Distribution Hitch and chocks (pictured).

Additional features include:
A. A full-size shower stall with a skylight.
B. A full-size, three-way refrigerator with a freezer top.
C. The water heater runs either on propane or electricity.
D. A 14" wall-mounted television on a wall-swivel mount bracket.
E. The furnace heats the trailer easily in the coldest weather.
F. A built-in radio and cd player with an inside and outside speakers.
G. A roof-mounted TV antenna with an inside directional crank.
H. The double-axle adds extra stability / the spare is new.
I. A queen-sized bed with walk-around access on three sides.
J. A dining-table that makes into an additional small bed.
K. A very efficient roof-top air conditioner.
L. An 18 foot by 7 foot awning.
M. Two closet storage areas at the sides of the bed as well as storage above the bed.
N. The original trailer manual is included as well as individual manuals on all the equipment noted above.

We have taken excellent care over the years to maintain an RV in excellent condition. There have never been any leaks; the upholstery is in like-new condition; there are no signs of wear in the linoleum or on the walls; no body damage; self-leveling caulking has been applied as needed around roof-top vents and equipment; The roof has been regularly cleaned of tree-pitch and is in great shape. Everything works as it should. The refer is powered by electricity or propane. The water heater runs on propane or electricity. It has a double axle with good rubber on all tires. Also, every other year we sand and repaint the hitch area and rear bumper which was done last week.

If the ad is still posted, then it is still available. It is best to call me with questions at 503-560-7680. My name is Ray. I check my text messages and my email only once each morning. We priced our trailer at what we feel reflects the care we have put into it, as well as the many after-market improvements. Cash only. Please, no calls after 8 pm. Thank you for your interest.
