"I promise to do everything in my power to make sure that will never happen again." He reassured her. She only nodded. She knew Rick loved her like one of his own children, and she loved him as a father, but the thought of last night repeating itself made her stomach wrench.

Once everyone had met back up, Rick started digging a hole in the ground with a shovel that could be found in the bag. They all watched as he pulled out his infamous colt python and checked how many bullets remained loaded. They put all of the big guns in the blue bag before Rick looked up at Elle. "The knives too." She sighed as she pulled out one of her three knives, keeping one. Nobody survived in this world with only a gun, a knife as well would be more believable. She left one in her holster and pulled out a roll of tape that was in the bag. She had rips in her jeans, and one of them was located on her left thigh.

They all watched, curiously, as she reached through the hole and taped the knife to the back of her thigh. "Just in case." She shrugged. She tossed the tape back into the bag before they zipped it up and covered it in dirt. Daryl took the shovel and hit it under a pile of leaves close by. It was time for them to go in.

They approached the fence that was lined with barbed wire. Rick spread a cloth over top of it so they could climb over. First was Rick, then Carl, then Sarah, then Daryl, then Elle. Elle hesitated, wondering why they were even doing this. This could all be a lie and they would have survived last night only to get killed here.

"Hey," Michonne whispered from behind her. "We can do this." She smiled. Elle couldn't bring herself to smile, but she nodded. She took a deep breath and climbed the fence. Once she got over, she dropped herself, landing on her feet. The place was pretty big. Not as big as the prison, but it was a decent size in comparison.

Rick started walking towards the door, and everyone followed not far behind. Once they were inside, nobody had noticed them yet, so they got a few seconds to look around. It looked like the building was a warehouse. There were tables and work benches on the sides, leaving the center of the room empty and spacious. There was a woman speaking into a microphone like device.

"Sanctuary for all, community for all. Those who arrive, survive. Terminus, sanctuary for all, community for all. Those who arrive-"

"Excuse me?" Rick interrupted. All eyes now landed on the group of strangers.

"Well, I bet Albert is on perimeter watch." A dark haired man said, throwing a paint brush down. He started walking towards the group, who stood in a straight line. "You here to rob us?" The man asked.

"We wanted to see you before you saw us." Rick replied confidently. The man nodded.

"Well then, welcome to Terminus. We have nothing to hide, but the welcome wagon is a whole lot nicer." He announced. "What are your names?" Instead of saying their names right away, they stood in silence. "I get it your nervous! We were too when we first got here. I'm Gareth." He introduced himself.

"I'm Rick. Carl, Elle, Daryl, Sarah, Michonne." He pointed at every person down the line.

"We're going to need to see everyone's weapons, if you would just lay them down in front of you." Gareth smiled. They all looked to Rick, and he hesitated before nodding. They all started taking out their weapons. Elle took out her hand gun and one knife, keeping the other one hidden like she planned. She got a little nervous when she saw another man patting Michonne down. She hoped and prayed they wouldn't find the knife. She got more and more anxious when he moved on to Sarah, the Daryl.

He noticed Daryl was covered in bruises and cuts. "I would hate to see the other guy." He joked.

"You would." Rick said grimly, causing the man to wear a look of fear. The man had finished giving Daryl a quick pat down, and he now stood in front of Elle.
