The island side, which plays in the Conifa federation for non-Fifa footballing nations, will face the Isle of Man on Saturday 1 June.
The two sides will play at Northern Premier League Division One side Ossett United's ground in Yorkshire.
Jersey's side made its debut against Yorkshire in October with a 2-1 win at St Peter.

BBC Radio GuernseyEnvironmentalists in Guernsey are calling for a ban on the use of a herbicide in the island.
Guernsey Trees for Life says the use of glyphosate on local fields is damaging the island's biodiversity.
Glyphosate is a popular weed killer used by gardeners and landowners, but it was recently banned in France.
The charity is calling for its use to be reconsidered.
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has said glyphosate was unlikely to cause cancer in humans.
However, a US jury found in March that a glyphosate-based product one of the world's most widely-used weedkillers was a "substantial factor" in causing a man's cancer.

Jess Nicholls, from Exmouth, was one of five young environmental activists invited to Brussels to discuss their fears.
She has been organising a series of school strikes raising awareness of the issue of global warming.

International aid charities have thanked the people of Jersey for their generosity in helping the victims of Cyclone Idai.
Jersey Overseas Aid pledged £180,000, which was split between three charities.

BBC News OnlinePolice are appealing for witnesses after an ambulance hit a tree while en route to a crash scene.
A car and HGV were involved in a crash on the A39 at Rooks Bridge, Barnstaple, at about 17:20 on 25 April.
While approaching the scene, the ambulance left the road, leaving the driver trapped.
He was released from the vehicle and taken to hospital with "relatively minor injuries", police said.
The road was closed while investigation work took place.
Any witnesses are asked to contact Devon and Cornwall Police via 101.

Friends and relatives have remembered a 15-year-old boy who died of a suspected drugs overdose in Salcombe.
Father Daniel French said a memorial service for Tyler Peck at Holy Trinity Church, Salcombe, was "very poignant, honouring this young life".
A woman in her 30s who been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and supplying drugs in relation to the death on 2 February, is on bail.
A 39-year-old man from Kingsbridge was also previously arrested over the supply of drugs and released on bail.

Guernsey's politicians have handed responsibility of looking into the island's runway extension to the Economic Development Committee.
An amendment had been placed by Deputy Charles Parkinson, head of Economic Development, that he drives the work moving forward, taking it from Policy and Resources.
Politicians said the island hoped to get more airlines to fly in if the runway was extended.
Debate on spending up to £700,000 on further investigations into a possible extension continues in the States from 09:30.
Politicians have also been given an alternative motion, which would resolve no further work on the issue should be carried out.

Communities across Cornwall are being asked to help the council clamp down on people who are renting out their ex-council house as a holiday home or student let.
About 10,400 council houses in Cornwall have been sold under the Right to Buy policy, external since the 1980s.
The authority said it would sending letters warning about legal restrictions on many of the properties, but added that it also needed the public's help in identifying people breaking the rules.

A lorry containing six tonnes of hay was "well alight" on one of the main roads into Devon.
The fire broke out on the A303 near the Devon and Somerset border shortly after 13:00.
The fire service said a trailer carrying another six tonnes of hay was detached from the lorry to stop the fire spreading.
The road was closed heading westbound while the fire was dealt with.

BBC News OnlinePolice in Plymouth using a bus as a vantage point caught 14 drivers using their mobile phones.
Officers on the bus passed on the details to marked and unmarked police vehicles which issued penalties.
The drivers caught will be fined £200 and get six penalty points.
Police said they would be using the technique again across Devon and Cornwall.

Jane Walker, a penguin patroller at Living Coasts in Paignton, has knitted 10cm (4in) tall versions of all eighteen species.
She said it took her about two or three hours to knit each one.

BBC News OnlinePlans to turn the historic Bodmin Jail into a luxury hotel have been supplemented with a new application to build 60 "glamping pods" in a neighbouring field.
The jail - which claims to have "the only working execution pit in the UK" - has been considered for development for years.
Supporters say it will bring a vital economic boost to the town, but there are concerns over excessive development and traffic problems.
The original jail was built for King George III in 1779, but the current structure was built with the help of 20,000 prisoners who brought 20,000 tonnes of granite from Bodmin’s Cuckoo Quarry.

BBC News OnlineA police operation involving drug dealing in Newquay has resulted in the arrests of four people.
Forty vehicles were stopped and numerous people were searched.
Devon and Cornwall Police called it a "day of action" against Class A drug dealers and County Lines networks.
A man and a woman were arrested on Tam Tracks and charged with possession of drugs and intent to supply.
Another man was arrested in Mount Wise after he was found to be carrying a knife, and a fourth man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled drug in the area of Lusty Glaze.
Devon and Cornwall Police have described it as a successful operation which "shows their resolve to tackle drug crime in the town".
