As mentioned in my previous post, at ROBEL we have a battery platform that powers multiple tools in the same power range (e.g. grinding/cutting). I think at the moment cutting rail is key to show what batteries are capaple of. Its one thing going battery, but its a whole different story having a battery that enables a disc cutter 20 cuts per charge at 60 seconds each 😎 💪 -changes direction of rotation when changing from gauge side to field side so sparks are always pointed towards the ballast bed-LED light for better view-Locking pin for safe way of changing disc-adjustable handles for different sized operators-NO special discs required

Forming Block TD coating procedure.We build #progressivedie for Bottom Support Brkt. The material is CR340LA with 2.0mm thickness. We are going to do TD coating for forming up blocks. Before TD #coating, we must get good blue spotting, good polishment and good parts #forming. 😄 #automotive #toolanddies #stampingparts #toolmakers

Sometimes a problem can be good for a quick laugh.This is exhibit A for why EVERY project needs to be runoff before shipment to the customer. Our custom-designed safety torque overload system allows the motors on our slat conveyors to fault out if something gets in the way of motion and binds up the conveyor. In this case, the spring in the system was slightly too sensitive for this conveyor size.Easy fix.#qualitycontrol #materialhandling #assembly #runoff

Ohh what a sight to see. Grinding tools, lights out. This is defiantly the way forward in terms of productivity. We currently have some 16mm 4 FLT endmills being re-ground. On our WALTER EWAG with top loader. We have set the OD to 15.5mm, after each tool, the probe will come & measure the OD to ensure that they stay within the set limits, using IMS.Once we come back in the morning each tool is then checked manually to ensure they are correct.
