What is nextunlimited?
This is Next's delivery subscription and it costs £20 a year. You get unlimited standard delivery with no minimum spend and furniture orders are also included. The subscription also extends to free returns.
There are exceptions and terms so read these carefully before committing.
How can I track my Next order?
You can track your order in your account area on the Next website. Find Order Tracking and there you will see your current orders and delivery status plus other details.
Order tracking is available on store, standard or express delivery.How do I get free delivery from Next?
The only options for free delivery are to collect from store. You can collect within 1 hour subject to stock.
Free next day delivery is available to store and you’ll need to order by midnight.
Otherwise, next day delivery to home will be £3.99.
If you want to choose a timeslot on your preferred delivery day, then select Precise Next Day delivery which is £5.99.

What’s the deal with returns at Next?
There are tonnes of ways to return to Next, the easiest of which is probably to pop your item back to one of the 500+ stores. It’s free and you don’t even need to bring a returns note. Otherwise you can arrange a collection from Hermes by signing into your Next account for £2, or you can return to your local Hermes ParcelShop. You can also return via RoyalMail for £2. Find all the details on the ‘Help’ section of the Next website.
Can I cancel an order before delivery?
Sign into ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders’ where you’ll see a list of your items. Simply click on the ‘Cancel' link next to the item(s) you no longer want. However, this may not be possible if the order has already been processed, but you can return the item(s) for a full refund.

The big Next sale people get excited about is the Boxing Day sale, which starts, unsurprisingly, on Boxing Day, every year. Next typically hold four major sale events each year – at the start of spring, summer, and autumn, and on Boxing Day. With at least 50% off sale lines, there are some fantastic bargains to be had, including on big brand names! The sale is usually available in-store and online.
2. Grab a VIP sale slot:
But that’s not all! A few days before the sale starts, there’s an early VIP sale for selected customers. VIPs can book a slot in advance and shop the online sale before everyone else. You need to have a Nextpay account, and you must have recently placed (and kept) an order.
3. Next clearance:
If there isn’t a sale on, you can shop the online clearance section all year round. There’s up to 70% off fashion, furniture, beauty and more, which means there are lots of ways you can save outside of using a Next discount code.

Next Unlimited costs £22.50 per year and you’ll get unlimited free delivery with no minimum spend (including next day delivery if you order by 11pm). Standard home delivery costs £4.95 and furniture delivery usually costs £15, so if you regularly shop at Next, the savings can soon stack up.
