I went to a restaurant and ordered stroganoff and asked for it to be well done. I then cut a piece open and saw it wasn’t well done. Now I’m super worried. Do you think this was too pink?

its fine. the risk is food poisoning if its not well done enough but id be shocked if that didnt reach an internal temp that it needed to be. its not like its bright pink i wouldnt worry

I agree you’re fine. Trust me I understand the anxiety because I’m like that too! But its pretty much cooked through here I don’t see juices or anything. Risk of anything bad happening is also waaaaaay lower than, for example, deli meat or cheese or bagged salad with listeria.
